Quo Vadis, 2024? (January Newsletter)
/SDSI Board Member Andy Ewald, hosted a Cushman Wakefield Economic Outlook 2024 program for the membership Jan 21st. Yes, the many things we suspect are there, stable interest rates, slowly declining inventory, ascending political noise…but consumer confidence is growing and Events and the Outdoor sector are maintaining their position. In terms of a business community centered on Sport, Active and healthy living, this is BIG and welcome news. Work from home opportunities liberated people from the 8 to 5 drudge: people responded with healthy activities. The really good news is that these commitments to healthy living remain fundamental to the post pandemic lifestyle. That's good for everyone, and to be selfish, great news for all SDSI members in the space. Health is trending!
