Time to Give! (November Newsletter)

A few years back on this date, I started the blog with the powerful words from Stand By Me. I felt they were relevant: our businesses were threatened, our way of life uprooted with Work from Home policies, banks were swamped with loan apps..it was a time for community like never before…I am sure you remember! Fast forward and most of the consumer product companies in our group surged upward with unprecedented demand, and times were unexpectedly good. Now we are on a different path trying to catch up with changed consumer behavior. Seems to me that community has been one of the common denominators in the roller coaster ride. Collectively we met the challenges and we will do so again. BUT…non-profits need support, be it charity or organizations like SDSI. It's a good time to think about your journey from “there to here” and support those who supported you. While it is unusual for a non-profit like SDSI to support a charity, we are solidly behind the Lucky Duck Foundation and its efforts to house the homeless tonight. Join us in support of LDF (click here), or another worthy cause, donate now, and make the season more joyful for more people.
